There is a guy (King is the name on his apron). Very helpful, friendly and knows exactly where everything is. Give him a raise.
This is the most exceptional Home Depot ever everything I asked for they help me with customer service is excellent. Ed A. in the hardware department was outstanding
horrid customer service! asked to page someone twice waited 20 minutes and no one showed up!
Worst costumer service asked a few employees for help which no one would all they would say is that's not my department and then the last person decided it was more important to close the isle, kick everyone out while I'm in the middle trying to make a selection. I'll take my buissness elsewhere. Costumer service is obviously not important to this company.
We went here this morning, looking for an electric screwdriver. We asked at least 4 different employees for help. Each one told us that they would get us help and then disappeared. 45 minutes later, we left empty handed. I will NEVER return to this store again.
