Don’t shop at the Home Depot. Every time we go it it is a nightmare. Today we went to place an order for a special order door. We waited 45 minutes and then were told everyone was on lunch and then the manager walked away. It’s a shame because @JELD-WEN Windows & Doors loses the sale because Home Depot is inept.
How is it that we go to rent a hitch (with 1 parked OUTSIDE) that we get told none are available?! Useless store, with useless employees. NO ONE is ever helpful and you have to hunt down employees. I've walked from one side of the store to the other looking for someone to help me, only to be told oh I don't know, that's not my department.
I purchased a refrigerator and the gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. The delivery service however was the opposite. Terrible!!! They left the new refrigerator and I eventually installed it myself and they Never took away the old one. Long story but this is the reason I will not purchase appliances from them again.

The services at Home Depot has improved a lot the past couple of years and their inventory of merchandise seem more to offer a good variety.
Most of the time, Service is poor, never able to find anyone for help, however, I guess I got luck the last few times I was there, a young man ( sorry, forgot his name) was Very helpful, HD should hire more staff like the young man that help me......
