My husband and I purchased a refrigerator online. The day before it was suppose to be delivered they call and say they don’t have it and can’t deliver it. Then we get another date, again days later the day before we get another call we don’t have it and so it can’t be delivered. We’ve been waiting since March 2 ( purchase date ). Customer service does not follow through. I would not recommend purchasing appliances from Home Depot.
They can not put a simple credit thru to my credit card account and I am now fighting credit calls from bank for things I never bought or own !

I made multiple phone calls to this Home Depot in regards to my Dad’s new floors. I live in NC and Judy helped me order all the supplies for my Dad’s house up north (it’s a surprise for him). She is very sweet and went out of her way several times to help me out! Just wanted to show my appreciation! Judy is awesome!
