RecommendedLast Friday we bought a 30x80” solid core wood door at HD in Plaistow. Unfortunately, the door was marked wrong by the manufacturer. It was only 78”. We called HD and the only other door that was marked 30x80" was also only 78”. HD called all other stores in the area and no one has the correct size. HD said they will order the correct size and have it shipped to us. In the mean time, they delivered a 30x80" hollow core door for us to use temporarily. Worst customer service EVER!! Had to track down two different employees to ask for location of an item and neither had any clue where it would be located. Then ordered item on line. The online post said item would be ready in five hours. Arrived at the store to be told it would be TWO days before I could pick up my order THAT I ALREADY paid for!!! TWO DAYS!!! what's the point of curbside pickup if NO ONE answers the phone!
you're shipping sucks your internet site is the slowest on the planet..and your call centers in Georgia is incompetent as well as your policies..i placed am order over 3000 dollars and during the order there was a shift change and your call center made mae call BACK after 2 hours on the phone ordering all my stuff!! i had to call back and talk to the new shift customer service rep and start to input my whole order again WHICH didn't get accomplished i had to go to a store and make the order..ALSO YOU DELIVERED MY PACKAGES TO... read more
Arrived may 3rd in the parking lot to see a line of sheep waiting to be lead into a warehouse store. The best part was there was a manager in the parking lot just outside my truck window, which was down, yelling at an elderly couple for walking by someone putting there stuff in their trunk. btw your manager had normal on.. he was Yelling as if they were 10years old about social distancing. Your company sucks you've lost all future business from me. bunch of government cucks
Thank you The Home Depot for ruining my kids’ Christmas. Damaged swing set, will not issue a credit until picked up in 3-5 business days (aka after Christmas) and expect me to pay for the 2nd one in the meantime unless I want to wait for the credit to be issued. But at least they offered me $60..... And to top it off, it will not be delivered the day AFTER Christmas. What a joke.
well stock I was in and out with the part I needed.
Not impressed with the attitudes of a couple employees/managers. Plaistow doesn't have the best applicant pool to hire from but I've run into a few downright nasty employees and others who were condescending because I'm a woman in construction/trades. Also my daughter trains dogs and brings them to dog friendly stores like HD for training in public... one pup had a per accident, she cleaned it up and notified a manager - then the manager told her to leave and followed her out berating her for not knowing the dog had to go po... read more
Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. No one around to help. No one on checkout registers, the one woman that was on the one register open was not pleasant at all, no hello, nothing. Who manages this place? No one does apparently.
