The manager is one sneaky man. He will tell you what he thinks you want to hear but never the truth.
After striking out at all of the other home improvement stores in town because know one new my what I needed. I went to Home Depot. Ran into Gabe, and he wasn't sure either. But Gabe took them time to find out what I needed to know and went the extra mile. Thanks Gabe.
The workers at Waterloo are friendly and ready to help no matter what department I went to. Everyone said hello as I walked by, too. I didn't have to look for someone to help me.
went into the home depot store and an associate ordered flooring I was needing. I brought the tag from another flooring box to make sure I had all the #'s correct etc. it took FOREVER to come in, and it was the WRONG flooring. so I take the flooring back to home depot again they assured me that I would get the flooring in a 5 day express delivery, that was a load of crap!!! again it was FOREVER before the flooring came in and guess what????!!!! the wrong flooring. HORRIBLE customer service.
