Disrespected at the shipper door. Mad bc they hv 3 pallets to take off this semi truck. Rude lady! I hope they don't treat all their customers this way.
Lazy employees. Won’t get off their rear ends to help anyone, not even someone disabled. I asked where something was and was told that they didn’t know, wasn’t their department. What kind of people are being hired anymore?

Do not trust these people with your money !!! I " bought" or thought I bought a black stainless steel appliance suite ( LG ) LAST year for black friday ( November 29th 2019) and STILL do not have anything delivered. Everyweek LG calls and delays the order another week or two with no excuses . Ive gotten absolutely no support from home depot in Cedar Rapids and have spoken with the issue to the sites upper management who always comes up with excuses why they have to call me the next day and they never do . Came in to order carpet with my two small children. I was by myself trying to control them. We were lucky enough to work with Chad Anderson. He not only took excellent care of my carpet needs, he was super friendly to the kids, and after we were done, he walked us back to the break room so he could get some candy for the kids. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with his service and kindness toward my kids. Can’t thank you enough!!!!
We ordered two Koehler toilets and paid for them the first of January. One came in. Where is the second one as our partner is waiting in snowy Iowa and doing without. This store is going downhill.
