Sale lady sold us the wrong hose and we paid a high price. The young man at the check out was very rude.
Worst possible customer service ever. Tried returning an unused portion of tile left over from a job. They said I could not return it there because it wasn't the store I bought it from. Went to the Home Depot on Port and they gladly accepted the return and apologized for there service in Calallen. The lady was very helpful and said they can't not accept returns especially with receipt in hand regardless of which store it comes from.
Amazing selection and awesome service every time I come here. Definitely 5 stars.
Very upset because we got 30 bags of cement and they could not put them in a pallet unless we paid for $ 15.00 dollars, Spoke with the manager Rick,asking him where do you have it posted that we do have to pay for the pallet,he could not answer my question They rather have 4 employees lodging the cement and taking a chance that one hurts there backs.
Busy Sunday afternoon at HD. Bought $200 worth of garden stuff that included 12 large bags of garden soil. Waited 15 minutes for some help with getting the soil. One cashier said to mine to call for help for the man she was helping. The cashier that helped me didn't realize I was nearby and said, "Some old lady needs help first....,". I told her I did not appreciate being called old (I'm 61). She said that she was sorry but did not call me an old lady.... Downhill from there.
I live there...and the one on port...and the one on SPID...I'm spending money there everyday..
the home depot is my tool box any time I that I need something for lawn and garden or everyday work needs this is where I go.
