I wasn’t acknowledged by a couple of “chatter chimp” employees; They were chatting instead of assisting me, the customer.
Recommendedwent to get a generator. They showed me a better one than the one I had in mind.
Had a bad experience at that location! Unprofessional people! I’ll drive to the other two locations in Corpus instead of going to this Home Depot which is near my house! Smh
On May 17th, I had asked some customer service employees about which wood to buy for a ramp that I was building for a person in need for a wheelchair. I was directed to an interior wood, without any knowledge of what I was purchasing. I’m not a contractor. I’m an educator for a nearby school. Don’t believe their sale prices!! Tried to order on app...NOT ON SALE! Went store to by the item on the floor with the sale price marked (good “until 06/16”). “It’s not for sale”!!!! WTF!!
