We LOVE the children's workshops with Bri & Bri & we LOVE shopping here. VERY Nice but busy people. They do help us when ever we need it, even if their not from that department. VERY HELPFULL
My husband and I are there often & this was the first we've ever encountered a rude cashier. I watched her be friendly to all the men in line until I (woman) got to her. I tried to explain I had just got added as a user on a card & instead of being courteous she was rude & told me I didn't let her explain with an attitude! I use to work in retail & know how to treat customers. She shouldve apologized & told me in a friendlier manner what exactly I had to do. We went yesterday to buy a chain for chainsaw . After hurricane Harvey let's just say they were awesome. Thank you Home Depot for being open.
