September 12th I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer. purchase price. was $1658.00. Had product delivered but did not come with stack kit. I called and kit was to be delivered on Oct 16th and installers was to be out that day. Home depot informed that installers was not notified and would be out on October 27th. Still no installers. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I paid 178.00 out of pocket to have someone take care of this issue for me. I will never ever buy any Home depot products again.

I ordered windows at the end of May, I was told it would take 3 wks, we are now August 18th and still nothing. Every time I call I’m given a different date, I keep getting the excuse “Covid” Well did the entire manufacturing company shut down? No discount, no resolution and no telling when my windows will arrive because management can’t get anyone at manufacturer to answer the telephone(according to HD) Next time order elsewhere!!

Everyone that saw me standing always asked if I needed help. Employees very helpful. We got everything and out the store at a good time. We finally got a better price on the pole saw too $180
can never find help! only reason I continue to go, I do t have very many choices.
I went to the SPID store last week looking to buy a door and was there but no one working in the door area. I come to this store same crappy customer service. Waited by the door I wanted to buy and the desk and nothing. No workers...well if you don’t want my money I’ll spend it elsewhere.
