I have been attempting to reach someone in windows and doors at this store since early May when we had the measure to replace our exterior door. We knew what we wanted and just had to place the order. It is now mid July and I have called and had no one pick up countless times. I have left multiple messages. I even had another location attempt to get the information. All with no success. Awful customer service.

Ordered a simple 4x4x8 online , thought simple pick up and go. Nope , waited 10 mins and then finally had to get it myself from lumber section.
Awful Awful place. We have been trying to order floors here. They just don't want our money! For two days we have been trying to pay money for a past quote ( which we have a print out of) it's was in Superior's system( their contractor for floors) but not Home Depot's system. We were told ( after waiting around for almost TWO Hours last night) that we would be able to purchase the next day. Guess what? There was no one in the flooring department to take our payment.
