“Automated” propane exchange just ripped me off, giving me a mostly empty tank after not working properly for about 15 minutes. I’ll avoid those automated exchanges from now on. Tank felt really light but of course there was no way to grab a different tank and no employee to make sure I was satisfied. And, the line to get in the store was a million miles long, so I wasn’t waiting to go back in for assistance (after already having gone in to pay for the exchange). Thank you for putting safety first Home Depot. Stood in line for 20 minutes and this guy wasn’t wearing his mask once.... nice!
Customers are made to wear masks but employees do not follow guidelines...
No enforcement of mask rule. Brought it to the attention of 4 employees. Avoid it like the plague, or you may get it! #selfishpeople So disrespectful to all the frontline workers!
I went to the Niles (Civic Center) location this afternoon to ask about a consultation for window screens and no one would help me. An employee was called three times to the department, and he never came. Another customer said she couldn’t get anyone to call her back on a floor or carpeting order she had paid for. I placed a order for custom fencing and Raul at the Pro Desk was excellent! It was for my business renovations that were on a tight schedule and he checked in with me constantly and even sorted through a back order issue with the manufacturers to get it in on time. They were super helpful and did everything they could to make sure I was happy and everything was on time.
Do not buy your appliances here. We got a lg washer in june paid for the warranty and told them it was broke from the first week we got it.they sent a repair man out who didn't know what he was doing .then continued to tell me try different laundry soaps . After waiting a month for another repair guy to tell us a sensor was broke. And thousands of dollars in clothes were ruined. They offered us 50 dollars. But in oreder to get it we have to fill out a form and wait for it.
