Great store friendly staff great service always find whay i need
Love this Home Depot. Just moved to the area. My last local store folks were grumpy if you asked for help - like I was bothering them. This store (South Brunswick) Greeters are so pleasant, store staff so helpful. I spent hours in the cabinet and appliance depts. they answered all my questions. Love Home Depot!!!
Absolutely terrible! The associate that work there are beyond rude. I have been there twice since I moved to the area and both times I wished I never came. I will not be coming here anymore. I will go to another location where the people are actually nice to their customers. It's really sad how people can be so rude and get away with it.
Bought Windows to replace my 25 yr old window Home Depot installed them now that it's cold the wind blows threw them like the old ones did called to have someone come out and thay don't call me back and thay have life time warranty
I have rated Fair but there is one employee Stella who is beyond Excellent. I pick up 10 quarter rounds that are about 20 ft long. They won't fit unless you cut them in half. So I look around and Stella is around. I ask her is she can help me cut them in half. She says sure and I follow her. She asks me if I need a cart and proceeds to get me one. Frustrated staff( Nicole) you need to learn some good customer relations. Rolling your eyes doesn't help.
