We ordered a snow thrower that came totally damaged (delivery). All scuffed up and the metal was totally rubbed off a portion of the frame, which will make it more likely to rust. Their solution? “We can send you a label and you can send it back.” Sure! Let me just drop this in the mail.

I’ve been using this store since 2013 because it’s less than 5 minutes from my house. They never have what I need so they constantly send me to West Windsor (Princeton) or Milltown because this location is the “little store” so they don’t have as much room for material to keep in stock. I stopped going here all together because it was just a place that would bounce me over to a different location so I just decided to cut out the middle man. NEVER PURCHASE APPLIANCES AT The Home Depot. I tend to be fairly easygoing, but wow this was bad... The distribution center at this Home Depot was (still is) responsible for one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had as a customer.
