Not a good time to be without an oven. Home depot screwed up and said the new one scheduled to be delivered on 11/21 was not arriving until Dec. 9th. When they contacted us on Saturday it was a pleasant surprise to hear they would have it at my house on 11/21 between 9-11 am. Then called back and said it was put on the wrong truck and would arrive between 6-8 pm. Then called again and said they can't find it. This is the worst place ever me and my mother did alot of work on our house spent thousands of eollars and siding to flooring to windows and screwed us everytime will never use them again we will always find some one Who CAREEES. ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to Home Depot today with my dad as he is helping me with renovations. We went in for quite a few things. We spent over $400 today and we have many more trips in our future. When we went to pay, my father presented his military card, the women told us that we do not honor the military. We were SHOCKED as we had used the card previously and was graciously accepted. I am a veteran of the United States military. Recently pa has given away to show our veteran status on the pa license. All credentials are required for this status. This eliminates having to carry additional veteran identification. Today I was told the united flag with veteran on the license is NOT acceptable at home depot to receive the military discount. IT CLEARLY MEANS VETERAN. Guess I will take my business to Lowes where they accept this and appreciate our service.
