I think that it is absolutely absurd that my fiancé just went to this Home Depot location and was told he couldn't enter the store because he had on a short sleeved shirt and has tattoos. Totally outrageous and could be deemed as discrimination.
WORST customer service experience ever! Alexx, posing as the store manager ,refused a greater exchange for size WITH THE RECEIPT! BEWARE of HOME DEPOT'S POOR CS and return policy!
Had a Husky 200+ tool set that those red plastic locks broke off. Asked about just replacing the locks - They replaced the whole case to a better case with less locks.....old one had four locks (two were broke) two for the lid and two to hold two halves together......i like the new case much better with one lid and two drawers....
