awful no customer service
big store,has everything you need from the house to the garden..
Nothing major, just went in for batteries. Got good customer service and used the self checkout. However, the bathroom was extremely clean, therefore, I was truly impressed.
This Home Depot never, never has enough cashiers. I was thinking about leaving because there was only ONE CASHIER and this was on a Saturday. They opened another line, took five people from my line, I was one of them, then told the fifth person he was her last customer! I saw people put down their merchandise and leave.
Went for Black Friday sales. The associates were helpful and attentive.
Lines were too long. I ended up putting the merchandise back on the shelf and leaving the store. Please hire more cashiers.
