So I call the Home Depot returns and appliances departments and they said I can return a fridge and get a big fuck you of 15% restocking fee the minute I get there that is not included anywhere and then Michael the store manager does not want to give me his Id number or allow a photo to talk to his managers with. Overall, this Home Depot is a piece of shit and I'm never returning.
What a disaster... It is obvious, they don't know what customer service and professionalism mean.. Waiting in lumber(aisle 15) for almost 1 hour to no avail, don't waste your time at this store, go somewhere else, they don't care about being in business......!! What a shame!!!
I really love coming here.. Great customer service, the management team is awesome and the associates are always willing to help me. Keep up the good work ��
Whenever i need to go to a Home Depot...THIS WOULD BE OFF MY LIST!!! No one there to help you, open packages and when i went to customer service desk, the young girl (yes i said girl) looked at me as if to say "why are you talking to me?" Never ever again.

It's close to Bloomfield Center and Garden State Parkway, so one can access this store by a myriad of transportation. The Watsessing Train Station is right around the corner. There is a large parking lot for commuters. The store itself is large and well lit as well as well laid out. The employees are knowledgeable about where items are located so help is easily accessible should it be needed and one doesn't have to wait for an indefinite amount of time to get what they need.
