NO Social distance! People were not standing 6ft apart in line and employees were not monitoring to make sure distance was implemented. I saw multiple customers without masks on and nobody said a word. When leaving the security guard had her mask underneath her chin, extremely uncomfortable I will not be going back.
Too crowded...No Social Distance
I really wish when dealing with the customer service to pick up online purchases the individuals I come encounter with actually acted like they wanted to be at work whether they want to or not. I guess What I’m trying to say is, customer service requires some kind of pleasantries. This guy said absolutely nothing when I asked about my items after standing for a long amount of time. This is the worst run store out of the franchise in the area. Sat in line to get for 30 min. No employee at the door directing customers. Understandably it’s complicated during covid. However man in line behind me goes inside, comes out with an employee saying returns can skip the line. When I asked for a manager, the reply was “Good luck finding one, we are doing what we can with what we have”. Line became a mob, no one was 6ft apart. So I walked off. Had a very bad experience.Purchased a vanity for 1800 and was delivered today this morning came home at 2 pm and the vanity was broken. The plumber was coming tomorrow to install the vanity now have to cancel that as have a order a new one which will take another week the whole project is delayed by a week now because of the carelessness of the delivery guys. They would have informed atleast that they have delivered it and it’s in front of my garage. No delivery email no message nothing. All I found is a broken vanity.
Hi placed an order through Home Depot for a gas dryer on Feb 9 as my original dryer stopped working. I have an existing connection etc. It’s Feb 23 and I still don’t have a dryer. Why is that? Well, we have Home Depot come twice to install the dryer since we paid for installation to install it and 1) no safety valve but didn’t help showing anything or bother even explaining and looking 2) wouldn’t unhinge the door to get the dryer in.
