They could improve on their customer service. I needed their assistance with an item on a high shelf and I couldn't find any associates to assist me.
Been sitting here for close to an hour to have ONE very important piece of lumber cut, cause apparently only ONE person is qualified to operate the saw. Ridiculous!
I went there yesterday to purchase some LED bulbs but I was unsure of what I should really get. As I looked confusingly at the various types ,an employee by the name of Gracie offered to assist. After answering the questions she asked, she advised on which ones I should get and why but there were no more on the shelf. She asked me to hold on, went to the store room and returned with a new box full so I could get what I wanted.
