The greeter at the door...Judy is amazing! She is really sweet and helpful. I wish all stores had several Judys because as a shopper the last thing I need is moody employees that become annoyed when I ask for assistance. Thank you Alvin Home Depot for great shopping experiences.
They sell stuff that they don't back about a $150 lawn mower bought the warranty to it that that that Home Depot offers used it to use Muse push mower cost and it wouldn't crank anymore I bought it in February and used it twice call them complained about it they said what you have to send it off for 6 weeks so I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau they gave me a $150 gift card to replace the lawn mower the guy in Atlanta and told me put it put the lawn mower I bought in for repair the warranty that I bought was no ... read more
Today ,2/26/2016 about 1pm ( Alvin.TX) We waited a long time, about 25 munitus for someone to came and help us load some lumber, when someone finally did come he made fun of us when we complained to him. My husband is 76 years old and he actually loaded most of the lumber ( more than 60 boards, the biggest 12 feet long) himself. And then, since some of the lumber was in the wrong place, under different prices, we had mistakes when we checked out and had to waste our time over at returns. Why it happened???
I just realized you have a FB page. I want to thank Home Depot for the help a few weeks ago. I bought a new toilet seat on Sunday and realized it wouldn't fit at 6:45 Sunday night. As I sped back to the store, my husband called and they told him they would wait for me. I got there at 7:02, was met at the door and helped with the exchange.
