I was made to stand in line for five minutes to get into the store. Two days ago I didn't have to wait in a line to get in. This will be my last purchase at this store.
In the Alvin, TX Store... Lee in paints and Jeff in lumber really know their stuff! Both were very courteous and informative. Both worked with me and taught me the best course in a project I wanted to do. I highly recommend them as top employees!
Went in with a major remodel project from exterior to interior, flooring and paint - the whole nine yards. A young lady named Julie V. assisted me through the entire process and walked me through each department; very knowledgeable about what I needed. She was patient and kind. 2.5 hours later I walked out with everything I needed and more than satisfied! Excellent customer service!

I Love this store! If I had $$$$ I’d be all up in there spending time and $$$$ money! Today I purchased a replacement gas cap for my lawnmower & last week I bought all the supplies (rope & hardware) to make our new TIRE SWING!
Tonight we went to Home Depot for a few things. (Multiple bags of mulch, potting soil, compost)It was heavy lifting and a nice, young, hardworking guy rendered aide when it came to loading it all in the truck. He was polite, loaded 20 or so 50 pound bags of stuff with a smile on his face and as polite as he could be. I wish I knew his Daddy and Momma so I could thank them for raising such as kind, hard working young man. I ordered a new stove. Jac at the appliance counter was great! She was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the products in stock, and made the experience easy. Delivery was on time! The stove looks great, and works perfectly. The delivery guys were so nice!
There Veterans discount policy really sucks. We did not fight only on holidays for their Freedom. Get with it Home Depot, I'm going to Lowes! They are respectful and appreciate our Veterans 24/7-365.
