I am disappointed and upset at the disconnection between the store and delivery vendors. The system does not work. The store shows inventory yet it doesn’t really exist in the store. I made a purchase of a tool bench showing it was an inventory at the vendor store and the shipping date was rescheduled because the item actually was not in the store. I ordered a $689 air conditioner online and had it shipped to the Clarksville store for In-Store Pickup to avoid the uncertainty of UPS delivering to our home at a time when we may not be there to accept it. Much like my normal in store experiences, Home Depot's piss poor customer service starts from the top. From website to in store associates the service is rampant with neglect and fraud. Goaded by a false ad on the radio for free mulch delivery, I ordered 75 bags with an expected 2 day delivery time. RecommendedMore associates, better inventory and lower prices on most items compared to competitor across the street.
In store service was great, but had problem at delivery and it is impossible to get a hold of a live person on the phone.
