Customer Service here is inadequate. I was there today with my husband looking to replace a piece of our faucet. my husband had the old piece and we needed help matching the right part. We asked two different associates for assistance and they paged for someone to come to aisle 16. NOBODY showed up. I actually called the store and explained we tried paging to no avail. Absolute worst store. 3 orders gone wrong; worst staff. Staff in paint dept. rude! Started calling at 2:07pm and at 3:18pm still on hold!!! 🤬 And NEVER order online, they know less about online orders that u do!

I just spent two hours at the Cropsey Avenue Home Depot 45 minutes of which I spent in the plumbing section waiting for an associate to assist me , this is the second time that's transpired just the other day I spent a half-hour in the same section and I walked out because just like today no one showed up, I asked another associate for vinyl Windows and he sent me over to the Garden area I will no longer be going to that Home Depot probably to any Home Depot whatsoever the experience has just gotten worse throughout the year... read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with the Cropsey store! Both associates I just called right now gave me an attitude and hung up on me. No professionalism at all. No apologies for the mistake of my order. As a matter of fact, they were making me feel stupid for calling in to figure out what's going on with my order. As if that was the wrong thing to do.
