these guys can screw up anything. very large purchase that they screwed up. now They want to charge my more because they made a mistake and won't own up to it. Do Not talk to Sean at the pro desk. Not a pro.
I know we were in there at a busy time, but when you are asking an associate a question and another associate comes up and interrupts and says, “HOLD ON” to us so she could ask the associate helping us a question. And she didn’t see the issue with that! Luckily we were able to find what we needed on our own. Customer service was crappy
Disgrace to how they treat their veterans. Would not give a veterans discount only on special days and told us to go shop at Lowe’s then didn’t care if they lost a customer to competition
My son and I go to the kids workshop every month and it’s awesome... he looks forward to all the great projects and his new pin for every completed project! You can tell they put a ton of time and money into it!! Great job!
My sister had a new floor installed in her kitchen 3 weeks ago and the installation was terrible. The installer didn’t install the vinyl parallel to the existing walls. When we went back to store they sent out someone to look at it he determined it looked fine. She paid $1000’sfor new floor and received a installation that a 12 year old would do. Never buy flooring from Home Depot
I have had nothing but problem after problem with this store. Bought countertops, flooring, and paint and had issues with all three. The worst was the fact that when my purchases were being held for my contractor to pick up, they ended up selling the flooring I already paid for. They then had to special order it and I was told by a manager that he 'wouldn't hold his breath' that it would come in by the time I needed it. Yup! And all I keep hearing is 'I am so sorry' but that isn't cutting it. The boycott begins!!
Horrible customer service! Had SOME windows installed last month because home depot forgot to order my main picture windows.told me it would take 7 to 10 days for them to come in.1 month later and they finally got installed today. No one called me or communicated with me whatsoever during that month.then when I finally spoke to someone (with me calling of course), the project manager ended up hanging up on me because I told him don't bother coming to install unless ALL my windows are in this time.
