At Home Depot. They open at 8 am. No one at paint counter tile 8:05. Then she tells me it will be 10 minutes til she can take my order. What?? It’s a business. If you open at 8, be ready at 8:00. Frustrated!!

Under normal circumstances I would but not today. I placed a online order for curbside pickup waiting 3 days for my order to be ready.. Thinking it's would be easier then to wait in line to get in the store, you know we're are doing out best to social distance and still give our business. My boyfriend went after work to pick up and waited 1hr and 45 minutes! After calling the number to say he was there was on hold for 20 of that. standing at the carpet area for over 30 minutes waiting for a piece of carpet to be cut. apparently there's only one person that can do it and s store full of employees standing around not able to do it. I would say that they need to cross train their employees. I will be going to Lowe's to purchase any products from now on
