Ordered a grill on the Home Depot website... worst experience ever. First, I thought I read that it would be assembled on delivery which it was not. I would have gone to the store to buy one had I known. Next it was supposed to be delivered in a week, then was delayed by 3 days. When they delivered, no one knocked or tried to see if I was home, which I was. Home Depot Take Notice!! I Just had the most pleasant experience at Home Depot in New Milford choosing paints for the new office. JONATHAN went above and beyond from helping me decide what colors to choose... and noticing I was pregnant so he brought me a chair to sit on & a water bottle without being asked. It was so nice. He went above and beyond if anyone needs paint I highly recommend seeing him you will not be disappointed.
Excellent people always helpful and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience at the New Milford Home Depot. Cathy (Kathy?) in the snowblower department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was shopping for my snowblower. They guys were helpful loading it on the rental truck for me, good people!!
