Went to the Home Depot today at about 2 o'clock because the nectarine tree I bought turned out to be a peach tree. Then I went to look at countertops for my bathroom and kitchen. I was potentially going to order a countertop but the lady in that department was at lunch until 3:30 and her back up was also at lunch until 3:30. I couldn't even talk to a manager, who I waited at the front of the store for over 20 minutes. This would've been about a $800 order and potentially much more for my kitchen in the future. Horrible customer service. There were 10 people at different registers but none were open. Left and went to Lowe's instead.
Went to home depot on the blvd today had an employee (Condon??? not sure but real different name started w/a c or k) to say he doesn't do impatience. I had to first reassure myself that he actually said this out loud so I asked & he said yes because I'm not an impatient person. I replied it's not about you & furthermore you're in customer service & you must be whatever to satisfy the customer. Bought a washer and dryer from this shit of a place, brand new and they washer didn't work and these assholes didn't deliver it from the get go..
Only problem was they had a woman all alone to pick up, cut and load the Christmas trees! We didn't mind picking out and loading our own tree, but she shouldn't have been by herself. Otherwise service was awesome!
VERY SLOW TO UNLOAD TRUCKS!! Also messy inside as well
