Home Depot is my home away from home. I am in there several times a week.
Worst service ever!! Went to pick up a dryer and the employee at the customer service counter acted annoyed to look up from her phone to help me. Waited over half an hr for the dryer to be brought to the front. Then didn’t even offer help to load it in my truck.
Horrible customer service, Manager was rude, new refrigerator delivered, had problems that day, called Home Depot, they did nothing. Have been on phone, talked to lots of people, never got the same person. Asked for a person that I had already talked with, gone on break, not here today, on spring break, no one here by that name. We will never step a foot in that store again. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Absolutely no help at all, salesperson had an attitude!
It absolutely sucks!!! The workers walk around like chickens with their heads cut off! Don't know how to do anything in there. Hell I had to mix my own paint bc they did not know what they were doing SMDH!!!!
