Today's experience was terrible. We went in to get lumber and saw that they did not have enough pieces out for our project. We asked for assistance, we were told about 6 times that someone would come and help us but no one came. We waited about 20 - 25 minutes until I finally went to customer service (seeing at least 4 employees standing around) and the boy at the front paged for assistance in lumber. They never answer their PHONE!!!!! CALLING THE KITCHEN AND BATH DEPARTMENT (RIGHT NOW) AND HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20minutes!!!!!!!
We just had our daughter's birthday party here, and I could not have been more impressed! Shan and Keisha were so wonderful, and all of the kids had a blast! Very impressed that Home Depot does this!

They have been driving me and my husband insane for 6 months now just to install hardwood floors. They send us the wrong floors and had to wait for weeks for them to exchange it and then months to install it and its still not finished because they discovered that the transitional parts are on backorder. Nobody ever returns our calls, they keep on promising and never keeping up with their promises, and to make it worse ants are getting to the house through the holes they left us with.
