Do not use Home Depot for your carpet! I was supposed to have a house full of carpet & pad installed APRIL 2nd. After one scheduling mishap and 2 install attempts, the carpet is still defective! My house has been in complete disarray for a MONTH waiting for them to reorder and reinstall. Today, the carpet arrives and it’s worse than before! Good visit. In and out pretty quick! Asked the lady up front about an item and she knew where to send me as well as the gentleman who helped me find the flags!
I've waited half a day for my delivering then at 630 pm get a call that their not coming. this is the second time I've had bad service from this store. Loews will be my new shop. burn me once burn me twice my fault. never again
I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and their delivery drivers set it up incorrectly and now I have thousands in water damage and can't get anyone with Home Depot to call me back to do anything about it! Worst experience ever. This has been a 3 week ordeal so now all we can do is hire a lawyer.
I want to complain,My son in law and daughter bought appliances 1.washer,dryer ok but guys had no idea what they were doing mentioning recieved TIPS, the refrigerator was mess on back said go get another. Employees not helpful at all. Did not know where products where located. Asked for a particular item and was sent to the wrong isle.
Very pleasant shopping experience at Home Depot Chantilly this afternoon. Only been to that location a couple of times since we don't live in that area, but we will definitely go back. Store clerks were available throughout the store and were very helpful. Did not have to 'search' for someone to help us. Appreciated the good customer service!!!!
I just had the BEST customer service experience at this location of Home Depot. I wish that I had remembered to get the gentleman's name. I needed assistance in order to purchase mulch for my flower bed. As soon as he spotted me, he jumped into action, loaded a pallet, waited for me to pay and get my car, and then unloaded every bag (22) into my vehicle.
