Had a return and then purchased new kitchen faucet and new dishwasher. Return went great no problems very nice service. Dishwasher purchase was easy the young lady was very helpful. Faucet choosing and purchase was a great fast experience. Even picked up some plants for my yard happy friendly helpful service everywhere today.
Hi Home Depot, I was at the Emeryville store today in the garden section and had asked the cashier for help loading and taking to my car 24 bags of Rocks. She called for help at least 8 times, and no one ever came. There were lots of Home Depot people standing around but they wouldn't help because they don't work in the garden section. This was a most frustrating situation for myself and the cashier as she was not getting any support from her team.
