Emeryville location is great. Employees and staff are nice funny and knowledgeable, if they cannot help you they try to get somone who can. With few acceptions of some really rude people and it is impossible to talk to somone on the phone. If you need a service done, flooring, appliances, anything that requires them to hire an outside contractor, you are better off going else where. The company they contract with is mostly useless with few instances of getting things done on time and professionally. I have had several orders... read more

I have never in my life been so upset with costumer service or had to write a bad review of a company. I went to the Home Depot in Emeryville, CA right now to get some veggies for our garden and the lady at the door was the most disrespectful and ghetto person I have ever dealt with. I waited in line to do a return and to shop for our plants. Due to COVID-19 the line was out the door. We finally got in and went to the garden and got some veggies and when we went in to pay (in the garden area) they told us to just go back in ... read more

You need curbside pickup and your employees need to wear masks. I attempted to pick up something I ordered and paid for online. I saw absolute pandemonium in the parking lot! Your employees were not wearing masks as they helped people load their cars. Most of the customers in the lot did not have masks either. So...to simply pick up something I ordered and paid for online, I first have to brave the parking lot, where social distancing was questionable, and a lot of people were not wearing masks. If I managed the parking lot ... read more

I can get almost anything I need and most of the employees on the floor know where I can find it, or they take me to it or they admit they don't know and they find someone who knows. I do handyman type work that encompasses all the trades, And, it is almost never that I leave without what I came for. Mac

1. Make it possible to find a person to give help in the store. Almost impossible! 2. Pick up your shopping cart abandoned in front of my house instead of giving me the option of somehow bringing it back to your store myself.

I was picking up some tiles with my daughter, who is in a wheelchair after hip surgery. I realized I couldn't manage a cart and my daughter, and a wonderful woman (I think her name was Thu, friday around 1 pm) jumped in to help us. she loaded the heavy tiles into a cart, then put my daughter's wheelchair on top, and my daughter was able to use the cart like a walker. She helped us out the door, and waited with my daughter so I could bring my car up front. We were SO grateful. Thank you to this incredibly kind, helpful employ... read more
