We’ve been a lifelong shopper at Home Depot and were very disappointed with my recent experience about companies phone customer service. We purchased a new Samsung fridge on Sep 7th and scheduled delivery on Saturday 09/12. They did email confirmed delivery with window time from 8am-11am. We waiting until noon and our order never showed. We had called into the customer service and they hung up on 3 times and the last gentleman I spoke with was incredibly rude. Crazy busy! Lines down the aisles! How are these businesses able to be open but small businesses can’t!! No social distancing possible with this many people shopping. No parking
OMG. Ugh, incompetent people. last Saturday, I bought a few items at Home Depot, Story Road - they were 2 display items off the floor since I did not want to assemble them myself, a patio dining set and a bbq grill. The delivery truck arrives at 7 am this morning with boxes. I asked them to please return them since I purchased my items already assembled. This has to the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been in. Out of stock even though they say they say have it in stock online and in person. Inventory is not in correct place and good luck in the nuts and bolts sections. Also good luck finding someone willing to help or knowledgeable of anything in there!
i am at lowes and got my military discount and my account set up. people here are awesome. the home depot has sunk to new lows. high prices, low quality, and horrible people. disrespectful and rude. the guy at lowes thanked me for my service. thank all veterans for their service and give them a discount!
