Less than professional when called after the people loading materials into my truck broke the cap on my truck. Called to talk to manage and got attitude and was told all I could do was file a claim. Won’t be shopping at Home Depot for any longer. You’ll see in the photo the arm is bent and my cap doesn’t close anymore.
Jimmy, Nahami, Tom and Joe were outstanding tonight! Very genuine, knowledgeable, and great team. Best customer service I have received in a long time!
Still no installers. Called HOME DEPOT and was put on hold for 7.5 minutes then disconnected. Called back; on hold for 3 minutes and disconnected. Called a 3rd time, then the installers called me and said they'd be here in 30 minutes. My house WILL be done tonight. And I WILL be reimbursed for sleeping in a hotel tonight if necessary. This is BS. NEVER again! #homedepot
