Ordered a appliance package in the end of May and still no hope of seeing any of them in August as or right now. Now they are saying at the END of SEPTEMBER are you serious? They appear to be selling items out if you only have ordered one item and not hold them if you bought a package deal. Anyone else have this happen to them? 😔😢🥵🤬
On Friday, March 24, 2020, I rushed to pick up an order at your Bolingbrook store. Since we are in the middle of the Covid-19 your store is not working regular hours. I checked your hours before taking the trip and arrived 13 minutes before 6:00 PM. The entrance was closed, so I walked to the area where I saw people, trying to understand what was going on. Once there, I was received by Karen; supposedly one of your managers. Right away she said "we are closed." I asked, don't you guys close at 6:00 today? She responded again... read more
