Went in to return a damaged box of flooring and order replacement. Although all the necessary information was on the box it took almost two hours to complete the transaction because the sku had been discontinued.
I could not get any help in the plumbing section for 30 minutes. Finally just gave up and left.
Only have wood i need n stock once in a while and no one in whole store can tell u when it's coming!
Went here to by a bale of hay. Stood outside 30 mins waiting for someone to unlock the trailer so I can get it. No one ever came. So I go back in to get my money back and the cashier as she gave my money back just said thank you. Thank you for what... Wasting 30 mins to swap money. Oh you are welcome then.
Fantastic customer service tonight from associate named John. He helped us in plumbing. He really went above and beyond and never rushed explaining each part we needed for our plumbing. Thanks!
I was in Home Depot Black Friday about 8 am. Best customer service EVER ! Could not ask for more. All special advertised items well stocked. Very nice surprise. Enjoyed Black Friday at Home Depot. First time I can say nice shopping experience on this busy day.
