bad managers allow employees to verbally abuse and lie about customers. Calling corporate doesn't do any good. Bad customer service is enabled corporate-wide. Avoid this store! It is a customer service cancer!!!

Prepaid for an item in store on .com. Was told I had to have it shipped to store vs my home. Rec’d email, text and phone call item was ready for pick up. After an hour of searching by 3-4 employees, order was not found. Speaking with store manager was fruitless. He yelled at me. Customer service via phone. My item has been reordered to ship home. You shouldn't be so rude to customers that use your curbside pickup. This is 2nd time I've used this option and both times employees who answered the phones very rude!!! And took forever to even get a answer. If you don't want to do your job you should think about getting someone else that wants to work in there.

Absolutely horrible customer service don’t go in asking a question because apparently no one can answer it & don’t go in there alone to pick up something heavy because they won’t help you lift it... I’ll definitely start shopping at Lowe’s

I was sitting on the porch waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered never showed called to check on status since no one ever called me. they said they tried to deliver but I wasnt home. 1st no you didnt try to deliver to my home second why didnt you call me third you say I have to wait til the next available delivery date. ha watch see if I wait

EVERY time I order something from Homedepot. com the package arrives looking like it fell out of the truck and rolled down the road a few times before it got to me. I took it back to the local homedepot in Lancaster, SC and was told that since they didn't have any more of the exact same item, the BEST they could do was tell me where there was a store that had them and I could drive an hour to get it exchanged. They would not get the item transferred.
