Do not buy your appliances or anything else from this store. I bought a washing machine that came on sale and they would not price match even their own ad that was $120 less then what I paid. Lowe’s has a much better policy on their appliances. I feel ripped off and will never buy anything from this store again. No stars from me. Well, they are making me pick a star, so I will pick the lowest.
My sister and I needed some help at the customer service / special orders . They were some what busy, a female employee greeted us right away. She quickly called for assistance and asked us if we needed water while we waited. Great customer service in Turlock.
Overall it was Good most of the people there are nice and guide you to the right direction. Only had one issue with a rude customer service lady this year after shopping at this store for over 5 years..... Dec 2nd I went in to use the restrooms all 3 bathrooms stalls had no toilet paper and looks like one of the toilets overflowed with feces all over the floor other customers got grossed out and walked out but there was a young man with his child that use the restrooms I had to use it to I had no choice and it was disgusting... read more
I went here to get wood for my eagle project tomorrow morning, and Justin and Myke in lumber were able to help me and they cut the wood and made it very easy on me. Justin looked over my project designs and accurately determined how much wood I would need. Justin hit the end of his shift, but Myke seamlessly continued right where justin left off. Horrible service ! Worst H.D I've ever been to ,
My wife bought me a BBQ for my Birthday. They offered to put it together free. Being she paid 500 bucks for the thing you would think they would care. Nope it was missing bolts and most that were in were not tightened. The left shift was so lose it was hanging and the bolt to hold it up was stripped. One of the rubber pads to the lid was missing. Home Depot just lost my business.
