If you're planning on purchasing appliances don't go to this place! They will deliver damaged products and not replace them. I am in a wheelchair and was not able to accurately inspect the items and trusted that my appliances were intact. The delivery people delivered a damaged double oven that was previously dropped and had frame damage. We contacted Home Depot once we realized it was damaged. Turlock store only lets so many people in at a time due to Corona virus, but 90 percent of the workers are not wearing a mask or gloves,. What a joke!!!

I am currently after six months trying to get my window installation cleaned up so we can paint. Managers from Turlock to Atlanta, Georgia are not following through. The product is good the follow through and assistance is poor. Everyone is always in a meeting and not there. I won’t quit!

I went to the turlock Home Depot and asked for help in the tool corral for 30 minutes kept asking the front desk if he had page the person , he said yes and I was getting so frustrated and I don’t why the front desk guy couldn’t assist me after I’ve had been waiting so long for some help , no one showed up so I left and went to plumbing same situation and not to mention all the Inventory was mixed and Unorganized they keep going on this rate they’re going to lose more customers I’m not going back after that experience
