Worst customer service. No help at this depot what so ever. Would not recommend.
Becky at Customer service flat out refused to serve me and didn't offer to have another associate help me in her place. Absolutely rude.
I having been trying to get a refrigerator I bought from there delivered but they keep pushing it back and now the won’t let you choose a time that’s best for you to get it delivered. I don’t really need delivery but since you don’t have stock in store to take home you force us to use the delivery system. Let’s just say you guys suck!
not enough cashiers, long lines to pay... no one supervises the contractor's parking areas and there's always smaller cars taking useful spaces for big rigs.
I know we are in a pandemic but I am never ever using self check out so this morning all there was was self check out I asked a employee if they were gonna open a check stand he said only self check out so I left my cart and went to Lowe’s sorry but those machines replace people and I am not ok with that regardless of the situation
I was at the Home Depot store today to pick up a curbside order. The order was wrong and the attendant told me I had to come inside. I put on mask/glove but was shocked that no employees were wearing masks! And few customers were wearing mask. All businesses should provide employees with mask/gloves. They should not let customers in store unless they are wearing mask. I can not believe my treatment at this place! First off this place can not cut 4 pieces of wood the exact same size! So we go to return it and as we are at Customer Service this guy comes up right next to me and says to the manager “they came in from the other side I would check the camera and see”. Anyone that knows me knows I flipped out! I told the manager to check the camera. The manager knew his employee was out of line and refunded my money right away. Erik the “door man” needs to watch the way he talks to customers.
Home Depot needs to get their "Dog Friendly" policy under control! If I'm assaulted again by another dog in ANY Home Depot, it will be because Home Depot has failed to provide reasonable protection for their Customer's by a negligent policy.
