I have given them to her three times to make good and all three times they have fell on their face they suck
Fantastic customer service. Bel and John in the tools department were amazing and helped me with my unique roller derby problem and were able to finally remove the completely stripped toe stop screw in my skate. They were nothing but helpful and kind, and Bel was determined that I walk away with my problem solved, and I certainly did and am forever grateful.
Purchased a new microwave 1st delivery was met, but unit was damaged so new delivery date was set. When I asked delivery service when someone would be over to install, sorry I only deliver. Called number on my expense paperwork she cannot get hold of installers. Paid for delivery install and removal. So much for shopping at big box store.

I tip my hat to Michael in the Garden Department. Great guy! Helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had a list for my wife's garden and got the assignment completed quickly and painlessly thanks to Michael. He ran and got stuff, went through product choices and made a couple helpful suggestions. This is the way Home Depot people operated in the early years -- thanks, Michael, for bringing that early service excellence back again!
I only have to say I love Home Depot , and the Kids Workshop is awesome
