Wanted to exchange a 20 amp extension cord for a 30 amp i bought on my home depot credit card. Both cost 75.00. Since i didn’t have the paper receipt and it was over 90 days they gave me 24 dollars for a brand new cord (never used) in credit which will go back on their shelves for full retail price. Store policy i was told. Definitely not happy
Terrible customer service , when I was trying to check the status of my order they just told me that they dont know where it is and OI should call 1800 number ha
Are you kidding?? Home Depot has EVERYTHING you need!! LOVE this store! Never been disappointed yet!!!
I was really disappointed at the conditions of the plants the afids flying around were quite visible and the whole area badly needs an overhaul some of the plants badly needed water but the staff couldn’t get to them because it was way too crowded.
Store available is horrible!!! Stop advertising things that aren’t available.
