I've had the most heartbreaking experience with Home Depot, I attempted to place a larger order a little less than a month ago, the order kept getting cancelled by someone at Home Depot, nobody could figure out why. Finally, after about 4 days, someone in the resolutions department got the order placed. It was critical to receive this package before Saturday July 4th, because it is our daughters birthday. We ordered a kitchen appliance package. It was scheduled to be delivered on July 17 but then they changed it to the 24th. Then we were told one piece was backordered so they didn’t deliver anything. Since the 24th we have called HD several times and they try to pass it off on the delivery service they use (which we now found out has terrible reviews).
