HOME DEPOT SOLD MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER TO LOCAL BUSINESSES IN ALHAMBRA (I was informed of this by several of the people who called me trying to sell me things). So now I get robo-calls every day from businesses all over California trying to sell me services for a home that I no longer own. I don't even live in California any more and I have to put up with all these telemarketing calls.
I like the great location, and large store where they have lots of lighting fixtures, and home accessories too.
This is a very busy store and it is disorganized, so it can be frustrating to get service, but we must be mindful that the associates here are overwhelmed and understaffed, so try to put ourselves in their shoes and be respectful. In a broader scope, it is the management's responsibility. The cashiers are very friendly and great, there is this one tall, young man, he is very fast!
Horrible customer service!!! Walked by at least 30 employees and not a single "hi" how are you! What can I help you with! Store manager needs to be fired! I worked at Home Depot in carson city, Nevada for 8 years and never have I seen this bad customer service in my life!
Was hired almost a month ago. Very happy with the job so far.
