RecommendedI do appreciate Home Depot and not having to wear a mask. Luke helped me to my car today with heavy purchases...a kind young man...unable to accept a few dollars in tip. Even if the money was found on the ground... 🤔.... so he labored under a mask which made his job more difficult and probably more dangerous for him. i do wish they would rethink their mandatory employee mask policy.
I loved shopping at Home Depot before Covid and as of Covid you have gotten all of our business. We have refused to shop or spend our money at Menards since they required mask wearing. I'm not alone if you begin to require customers to wear a mask we will boycott your store as well.
Very disappointed. Placed an order to deliver May 11th Order #WA86444730. Got a phone call that it was to deliver May 15th because I didn't reserve a 4hr window for an extra $20. I ordered because I'm disabled and can't shop in person. This girl who can't even speak English starts arguing with me that I'm wrong. I ask her to cancel and refund. Worst experience I've ever had. Guess I'll just keep shopping at Menards. I've ordered 2 appliances over the past few months...no problem. What a mess this was.
The worst place to purchase windows.Take them 7 months for 5 windows and the quality it so poor I was told the financing for 12 months and when I get the bills it just for 6 months don't never go to this place and never do any business at home Depot just poor quality and bad installation

Very, very disappointed in this store. I am in need of some bathroom fixtures for my new home and the only thing available is in stock at the West Bend, WI location. I called there inquiring on whether or not I could pay to have them shipped to my home as I live 80+ miles away. They refused to let me pay for the shipping and handling stating that it was NOT an option. I would love to purchase the items and pay the extra shipping to get them to me but who wants to work with a company that refuses to work with you. Poor custom... read more
Just became a believer in Home Depot... never really cared for it because I always felt like I was wandering around aimlessly looking for things. But today we met Herb at the West Bend store and he told us about the Home Depot app...genius! No more feeling overwhelmed and lost! Not to mention the great customer service! Thanks for cutting all our plywood for us, Herb...and for suggesting the pre-painted/ coated white stuff! You are great at what you do and we WILL be back! (If you happen to know Herb...be sure he sees this!)
