I have never had such HORRIBLE customer service as I did yesterday. My husband and I went to return items. Shelly asked Emily if she could look at the computer while she scanned the items. She was rude when asking us for the return receipt and flustered to begin with. She scanned two pipes too fast so emails asked her to rescan the second pipe.
