I would like to give a shout out to MICHAEL SULLIVAN, an employee of Home Depot in Hermitage, TN. We needed two shelf brackets to match a system we've had for 21 years. Standard ones in the stores did not match or fit. I've spent hours online searching for these exact items. He researched and found what I needed in less than 10 minutes. I'm so thankful we didn't have to replace the whole shelving system. He's HIP!
Ordered a washer and dryer. It was a hot mess, they have no assistance with time of day preference, and you only find out the 4 hour window the night before. If we wanted Comcast customer service, I would call Comcast. The woman was rude and said "can't you take a day off work?" Well no, considering I had just started a new job. We also went there to get carpet picked out, and it turns out, there are a few lines ONLY made for them to install, so my contractor spent a week helping me find a similar one he could install. After ordering a dishwasher back at the first week of February and several attempts to get a working, non damaged unit installed, we are still today with a gaping hole under the cabinet where the new unit should be. The concerning issue is we have spoken to customer service and store managers repeatedly about the issue. They seem only slightly concerned about this. After two months, a company if concerned with customer care should be placing a greater priority and urgency to resolving our issue.
Been here twice for these darn blinds. First guy had me there almost an hour and the second one wasn't very familiar either. Both nice guys but I don't have time for this nonsense. I feel like there's a 50/50 chance the blinds show up as I ordered them 😒
Not too impressed with their paint department. My painter consulted with their "experts" and was told to purchase Behr Marquee as it would cover everything in one coat...and all we're covering is a white base coat. It failed miserably and we had to purchase additional paint and do additional coats. Folks at the Home Depot had nothing to say except "I'm sorry." Really, that's it? When what they tout doesn't work, I think more than "I'm sorry" is in order. Like how about a refund?!!?!
What a great experience to walk into a place where you feel so welcome they were so helpful in helping me find what I needed I love this store
I will NEVER EVER EVER buy another appliance from The Home Depot in Hermitage TN. I bought a dish washer there and the installers damaged my counter tops and I'm getting the run-around on getting them replaced. Don't ever go there. My salesperson was good, but the customer service after the fact SUCKS!!!!!
