HORRIBLE customer service. I have been on hold for 18 minutes now trying to see if they have an item on hand. I keep getting bounced around to people who keep telling me they are not in that department even thought I am very specific as to which department I need. If management can't staff and train the store properly, they need replacing as well as their staff.
As a contract vendor for home depot 778 one of the nicest places to work. Employees and management are friendly people to work with.

There were 3 teenage boys helping in the Christmas Tree department. All 3 were PHENOMENAL!!!! Very respectful, helpful, and provided great customer service!! My husband and I both commented to each other at the same time how amazing they were. Refreshing to run across kids who go out of their way to help others! Wish I would’ve caught their names!!!
Your employee Maggie was so helpful to me today! I have been having a rough couple of days and yard work today was the icing on the cake. She not only helped in locating a receipt to return a mower that didn't work, she also gave me a hug before I left because I was upset coming in which meant more than she probably realizes. Bobby was also helpful in getting the mower out of my car and putting the exchange mower in. This is why I continue to shop at Home Depot! You guys have some great employees!
Huge shout out to Scott and John for helping me with my diy project needs! Great customer service. They took extra time out to help me find exactly what all I needed!
