I've been working here at the Brentwood Home Depot for about 8 months and there has been a lot of changes and I think we are going to turn this place around because I've see a lot of positive things happening here!!!
Not enough employees for a Sunday, but-Dan in paints ROCKS! Great customer service from him.
I have had a good experience with the paint department and with the cashiers... however I have had some people sell me the wrong items in plumbing when I can actually find anyone in plumbing. I really don't like that they start closing the store extremely early. Lighting is shut down at 7:40 PM and the store closes at 9 according to FB. Asiles are completely locked down etc way before 8 PM. I understand people want to go home as early as possible but not all of us can get to the store early before they start shutting down fo... read more
Very bad service, I been waiting for more than a month for a garage door to be installed, I went 4 times to the store to ask about it, I been calling 5 times, and nobody knows anything about when they are going to install my garage door, every time I call to the store they say they will call me back the next day, but they never call me back. Next time I will go to Lowes , or any other store, but never come back to Brentwood HomeDepot
Do not order appliances here! We ordered two month prior to needing them and they no showed. No one called to tell us that the products were not in. We had to hunt them down and they acted like it was no big deal. This is after the guy who took the first order forgot parts of it and then sold us discontinued products. Now we are out $6K and without a washer, dryer and refrigerator. Based on our experience so far, I don’t have confidence in the new date we’ve been given. I sure hope someone at corporate sees this. The Home Depot in Brentwood is where I go for all my home improvement needs. Their associates readily available and helpful. The tool rental is extremely well managed, their tools always work, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable as to how to properly use their tools.
